This text outlines key non-adversarial concepts such as therapeutic jurisprudence, restorative justice, holistic law, problem solving courts and collaborative law. It explores the Australian justice system but also draws on the United States, Canada, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. It reviews the current legal landscape and importantly discusses various evaluations of non-adversarial programs. The book also explores the nature of legal education in this context.
